Wembley's about 4 pounds and fairly small framed, and she currently wears a collar. When we have her out, though, she pulls a lot, and I am starting to be concerned about her tiny trachea. I have searched high and low for a harness that is small enough to snuggly fit her, but have not had any success. I even had my training place fit her for one, but even they said the harnesses they sold would be too big (after many tries of adjusting the extra small to make it as small as possible).
Anyone have any brands to recommend for us?
