The puppy is adorable. The hair looks like it has a curl to it. I am wondering where this picture was taken? Most pics are in homes, someone holding, or all curled up in blankets. This picture looks like it was taken in a dark kennel. Is it me, am I seeing it wrong? Just thought I would ask....
