I had the same expeirience at petco! I will never use them for grooming again. They claimed she was to matted and had to shave her down when I know for a fact she was not because i had brushed out really good that morining. I found a groomer thru some recomendations and she let me come see when she groomed a yorkie. I was sold on her services when i saw how nice the yorkie she groomed came out. |
