I hope they throw the book at them!! How the heck can a mother treat her child that way!! hopefully the little girl can now have some peace in her life. The need to put her mother in a cell with her hands bound and put in a diaper with no food and see how it feels. They also need to give her a hysterectomy so she cant have anymore children IMO.
