I took the class when I was 16 (32 now) with my Sister (she was 15.) I didn't get too much out of it. On the other hand she has turned it, into a career. She makes gorgeous birthday, any occasion and wedding cakes and is always booked. Just from 4 classes!

I think if you really get into it, you'll get a lot out of it. I liked it but, I have no patience.
