I buy mine from the same person...so far he has the best deal on ebay. The pads are not as big as the OUT pads from Walmart (just a tad bit smaller) but they work great for me. My babies go on the pads 2-3 times and I have to put clean one down because if they will not go on them if they're too soiled.
