I agree with this. It's like if you don't complain they continue to rob you of your hard earned $, but if you do complain they become more fair. Not a good way of doing business.

We have a great vet. Punkin spent a whole day there to be sedated and have her ears flushed out, glad checked and her rash checked. We also got ear drops for her and the bill was only $50 something and the eardrops were half of the bill.
