If you go under USER CP (menu options along the top) and under Edit Avatar, you will find a space to download a photo from your computer. It has to be sized correctly to fit the space provided, so you will need a sizing program to make it smaller (I think 75x75, but I'm not sure). Hope you are able to figure it out.
