Thank you everyone I went in and pretty much told him I was going to quit because I didn't feel comfortable cold calling already and that maybe I should go back into radio. He APOLOGIZED (can you believe it?) and said that I was completely right that I need to learn more about the company and then start cold calling. He also said that I can work from home and make calls. I am very happy that I went into to him. I am also very happy that I have such a supportive fiance' who told me that I needed to be happy and do what I gotta do, so that gave me the courage to go into my boss. Again thank you for all your advice. I have several lunches set-up with Realtors and I am praying that I can get some business from them so I don't have to cold call too much
