That is so touching. I just went thru that with my step-mom. Her first husband died of cancer when she was in her 40's. She lost her 2nd husband, (who was my husband's - whom I lost to a heart attack this past xmas - dad) to heart attach and stroke in '92. She then married my dad, and lost him to a stroke 2 years ago, at xmas-time. (both of our mom's had passed away previously). She had a stroke the day after the 2nd anniversary of his death and from that time on had totally given up. She was ready to go. She had lost all of her brothers and sisters but one. It was horrible watching her and taking care of her as she gave up everything that was important to her. In the end, she quit taking her meds and stopped eating. It was her wish to die with dignity, so all we could do was be with her and make her as comfortable as possible. That clip really hit home. Yes, my eyes are leaking all over the place.
