I've been battling this with my girl too.
Check out the pic in the avatar with the red dress...yuch, way to much hair in those eyes!
However, that was her July 4th dress, and here it is August 2nd, and I can happily say I'm starting to be able to smooth that hair down. It looks good on bath day anyway!
However, Villette trims her girls hair around the eyes and has posted on this before. Her girls always look great.
I guess it comes down to whether or not you want to keep trimming it, or deal with it while it grows out.
In other words, I don't know. As I said in the beginning, I'm battling this too.
