thanks for the advice I have my real estate license as well and no several agents. I actually have established relationships with a few of them, and I told my new manager that in the interview. I told him give me training and I have the contacts to make it happen. Thats why I don't understand why he would throw me out there the second day of work to make cold calls. My biggest issue is that I don't want to tell the agents that I can do something and not feel confident enough that I know I can make it happen. It's super important to me to be able to follow through with my promise as well I know the affects that it could have on the borrower. I am just stressed out because I haven't really had any training and the last thing people want is someone calling their house soliciting them and not even knowing what they are talking about (trust me I am a consumer too who doesn't want to be bothered). Thanks again I will get through it
