I think it'd be a wonderful idea! I know the industry for small dogs is booming but I don't think most people are aware of how puppies get to pet stores. An article on puppymills would definatley envoke some sympathy in that crowd (me included haha!), possibly donations and they would likely not buy from pet store in the future. Great Idea
