I agree, I know we constantly have mortgage brokers that will stop by with donuts or some type of baked goods and pass out their cards and or literature. As for the cold calling, ask him if they at least provide you with a script to follow for your first few calls. I do think making you do that on your second day is a lil rude. Hang in there it will work out. Remember when your on the phone personality plays a huge part in which way a conversation goes. If you would like I might have some scripts that my husband used from when he cold called as a mortgage broker? Pm me if you would like me to fax them to you. He uses the mike ferry methods and scripts.
