I use to be in the Real Estate business long time ago for about 10 years, You ought to find a couple of realtors to, pardon the expression, but suck up to, they like to have one mortgage broker on call to qualify people & all that good stuff..(they love doughnuts & stuff like that brought to there offices)..If you really like your job hang in there it will get better...You are dealing with alot of stressed out people, I always said we had the fun part, sending the money, but you are messing with there money so it does get very stressful....
