@11 weeks old she is still to little to be totaly pottie trained, all i can say patience and lots of it, i doubt she understands when you yell at her, other then learning to be afraid of you ! I could never get Rosi to potty on pad, she wanted outside, Poli is allmost 13 weeks, and he goes MOSTLY on pad , but not allways, plus i take him ouside alot. Mabey you should try to crate train in an xpen. Mine got the run of the house, and i realy have to watch him !
