Wow, sorry to hear that. My daughter just had a party and I thought, as well as everyone who attended, their jewerly was beautiful! I purchased several items and have not been dissapointed. Have the anklet on now. The girls that I work with all came and love all their purchases. I am going to another one in Sept and look forward to the fall line. It is also nice to know that they
back up their jewerly forever if anything should go wrong with it!
