wow, goes to show the buyers probably didn't do the research or they definitly would of asked to see the parents. gosh this is a difficult situation for you, if i were in your shoes i wouldn't know what to do. it's easy for me to say tell her like it is(wich i think needs to happen) but i'm not in your shoes. and with her being your friend probably makes it 10xs harder for you
