Ooooh I cringed out loud when I saw this. Your poor baby! When Emma got spayed her incision was only about 2 inches long. They used just small internal stiches that dissolved and liquid stitch on the outside. It was just regular surgury not laser. Those staples look like they could become caught on stuff. You may want to show this pic to another vet and see what they think. That looks horribly unessecary. Did it take her long to heal?
