I've heard bad things about Cesar's schools so I approached the episode as a critic...but he dealt with these small babies in exactly the same way my trainer is teaching us, and I understood what he was doing every inch of the way.

I DO object to the non-Yorkie segment where he wants to walk a dog using a bicycle or rollerblades...I just don't think that's safe, what happens if you fall off your wheels or the dog suddenly bolts? The possibility of injury to you, the dog, or others is just too great in my estimation.

But, the segment on Yorkies was helpful to me, and I just grinned like an idiot when I saw that big cop crying over concern for how he's raising his furbabies...I knew EXACTLY what he was feeling and I empathized with him!
