I've never used it but you can just compare the ingredients with some of the food you have seen recommended on the other threads. If it were me, I'd be looking first of all for no corn and then no meat by products. But there is a lot more information than that in the threads about dog food. You could just do a search for dog or puppy food and I seem to remember that one of the sticky s has good information on what to look for in your dog food. Good luck.
