Murphy does this to me too - he really likes to bite at my pants legs. Even funnier I have started hooking a silk scarf I never wear around my belt loop and drag it along. He will chase it down all day long if i let him - it is so funny! It has become our morning routine to tier him out for his long day of waiting for me to return from work.
