I wouldn't breed her again either.....
Hypocalcemia can be a serious problem - and can be caused by many different things. If possible, try to find out a little more from your vet - more about what has caused this, etc.
Often this condition isn't even related to pregnancy. For sure - keep seeing your vet until your little dog is well again.
