I wish she had just realized that she has a puppy, a huge one at that, and she needs to be prepared when he plays rough for an older dog to react. It will happen, grown dogs WILL put him in his place. In the end I think she should be happy a little Yorkie bit his ear, rather than a big dog and not be so angry, it kinda ruined our whole trip when it didn't have to
