I've been reading about a machine called the Ab Lounger - it looks pretty good because it won't hurt your back - and it's under $100.00.
What do you all have and actually USE as far as equipment ? |
My friend has one and she is not too happy with it . . .a few others have made similar comments as well. Working out is really hard unless you have the motivation. I am one lazy butt person and so have skipped any exercise at all. A few years ago I was so focused and had reached my goal . . plus I had a treadmill

, but now my mom has it so no more of those for me. Luckily, my motivation has shifted to the dogs and since I walk Tiger twice a day, that is plenty of exercise for me. Just going through my drive makes me pant . . both Tiger's and my tonque are sticking out by the time I am almost back to the house . . . check out my permanent equipment!
