Ok, maybe I've been waiting for too long so don't yell at me please, just tell me if I need to get her to the vet.

About a week or two ago I have noticed that Lucy and Tank both had bumps on their necks. Now it has turned into like whelps with scabs on top. We couldn't figure out what it was until this weekend I figured out what I'm pretty sure was causing it. We bought them HARTZ flee and tick collars. They have not been wearing them for like two weeks but that's all I can figure it is because the problem is only around their neck. They don't seem bothered by it at all though that's why I havn't taken them to the vet but it's not going away. Does anyone know what this is. Should I take them to the vet to get it checked out.
