If your shorts are too close to your cooch, even if your butt cheeks aren't hanging out, they are bound to get attention. If your shirt is so small that it could fit on your puppy, you are bound to get attention.
I have a great figure (worked hard to get there) but I think it's sexier to dress somewhat more conservatively and leave something to the imagination. If I dress and act like a slut, I will be treated as one (not saying anyone is just making a general statement). These young girls these days look older than I am and they are only 13.
