I think the reason he said I could get her back at 12 noon was an inducement to get my business back. But once you have to deal with the front desk it is a BIG turnoff. That being said is the reason I don't trust the nail clipping......but as long as she didn't show any signs of having been put in pain (if there is a way to know that) I am ok with it know. But I did call them back the same day to question it. They did sound a little confused.
People on my block go to him and like him but I am still leary.
