I am starting to look for the breeder of my next puppy, however I am in no immediate rush. I would prefer a female who will be on the small size (3 to 4 lbs.) I'd be willing to travel up to a 3 to 4 hours (I am located in Philadelphia.) Also, I am not looking to spend more than $850.
