Actually, my parents' maid does the laundry and the ironing as well as cleaning. That's why she comes twice a week. Then she hangs the clean clothes in the dresser. It's a part of her job. That was discussed when she was hired though.
Which reminds me, my mother fired a maid because the maid washed six of my mother's cashmere sweaters with hot water in the washing machine. The sweaters came out of the washing machine looking like baby clothes. So, yea, the ones I've met do pick up after my parents, even when they are not supposed to. LOL
