My feelings exactly regarding the office staff. I didn't see any blood on her paws and she wasn't licking her paws that day or the day after. So it is possible she got a good trim but I am glad I called them back to complain about the clipping any way cause they can be so diff. I have no intension of going back to them unless it is an emergency like this was.
