There should be a feeding guide on the dog food bag. I would feed him twice a day and however much it says to feed him on the bag, just divide it into either 2 or 3 servings, depending on how many times a day you want to feed him. I would also cut back on treats. Just make sure you don't restrict him too much....he is still really young and it could still be puppy fat. If you restrict his food too much, he is liable to have a hypoglocemic episode.
