When you hire a maid, atleast all the ones I know of, you still have to clean up your mess, they just do like the vacuuming, dusting, etc. They won't put someones clothes away off of the floor. Therefore, the males in your house will still have to pick up after themselves. If they don't want to help out cleaning, make them pay for it. It shouldnt just be left up to you.
