Hello!! I do speak spanish also, and live in Houston also!!!!!!
Luna is kind of bilingual... When a friend of mine dogsits her, she talks to her in english and seems to get the points... We talk to her in spanish, and seems to get the points, but elects not to listen!!! LOL
I think they may react to the voice tone and volume more than the actual words... Don't know...
