I agree that what you most likely have are pet quality pups and should only be charging for pet quality, since the champions are probably back several or more generations. But it would be informative and helpful if you understood the lines in their pedigrees. And yes, if AKC - they will show Ch. infront of the dogs names to show which ancestor is a champion. I will always give a copy of the pups pedigree to the new owners and I will also explain it.
Sorry about informing about the red color - I always use red in champions since it shows up better and easier to spot and when I first started breeding yorkies years ago I paid extra for the color pedigrees.
