The only time I would charge more for a puppy is when I am selling a show dog.
Any puppy I am selling for a pet is sold for pet prices under spay/neuter contract which usually means the spay/neuter has been done.
I show my dogs and there are many champions in any of my pedigrees and often both parents or at least either sire or dam. Some champions are either Canadian Kennel Club or American Kennel club or sometimes both.
A pet is a pet is a pet, and I would hope there would be champions in a line if you are breeding them.
If your puppy is AKC registered, a pedigree from AKC will show the AKC champions on any of the dogs in that pedigree. AKC does not recognize championships from the Canadian Kennel Club and don't put them on the pedigree. They do recognize the Canadian Kennel Club registration though and a Canadian Kennel Club registered dog can apply for AKC registration and be shown and championed in AKC shows.
