My older male York started vomiting from 5pm-9pm, and then he started with bloody stools! Had to go to the ER that night and also the next morning he was still being hydrated in his regular Vets! Cost a whole bunch, but I do not know what caused it! The blood tests was Hemorrhagic gastro-enteristis! He was a rescue Yorkie and he had heartworms and was treated. The vet thought maybe Whipworms so he treated him for that just in case! Has anyone heard of this!!!!!!!??????
