I, personally, would stay with a vet. There are various manufacturers of vaccines and not all are as good. Also proper handling and storage of vaccines is very important. Your vet is going to have more knowledge - like not giving Lepto to a Yorkie pup. Your vet will access whether the pup is healthy and should be given a vaccine. What you are talking about is an assembly line with no inidividual attention. You might be saving a little bit, but you are getting what you are paying for and nothing more.
