I really don't understand why rescues require a fenced-in yard, especially with small dogs. I don't have a yard at all, and I provide a good home for my baby with lots of love. She gets walks every day, so she gets plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Even if I had a fenced in yard, I'd be afraid to let her run around in it off leash in case she found a way out.
It's just too hard to qualify for a small rescue dog, so people have to go to a breeder. |
