Raiza, Toto didn't have her baby teeth pulled until she was 8 months ... she was spayed at the same time. Our Dr. Lucy doesn't like to sedate them if it isn't absolutely necessary. She tries to do all "maintenance" during one "sleep" if possible! It was really funny a couple of months later when she was giving her an exam and she started laughing and said she had missed one baby tooth! Her mouth looked fine so we were going to wait until her December "boosters" but she decided it would be better to go ahead and do it in October. She did great ... Dr. Lucy barely sedated her ... and everything was fine! Now those little sharp teeth are all just perfect!! We always make sure that she has lots of "chew" toys on hand all the time ... she hides them ... loses them or sometimes I swear she just wants new toys!!! But her teeth have always checked out fine!
