I just bought a pack of elastics from Claire's from their baby section - they're tiny and all differentn colours with sparkles in them. I figured if they're good for a baby's hair, then they'd be good for a puppy. I also got some adorable little heart barrettes.
If you're looking for cutesy stuff, I would check out the baby accessories in accessory stores - they're small and you would think they'd be safe... |
