She will get lethargic if she is dehydrated or possibly getting sicker. Give her Nutrical and if you don't have any use some karo syrup. Rub it on her gums. Keep an eye on her. I wouldn't withhold water since they can dehydrate quickly. Pedialyte is another great thing to use to make sure this doesn't happen.
Still sounds to me like something other than the carrot bone, but what do I know. If you feel uneasy at all, please take her to the emergency vet. Trust your "mommy" instinct. I'll be sending you prayers.
