I wouldn't take it so personal...I took Sadie to the beach yesterday and she had a pink butterfly harness with matching leash, and a purple striped visor with a green ruffle trim and a satin daisy on the top....I had someone make a comment to their 2 little girls and they laughed also. I didn't take it as an insult I took it more that they thought she was cute...and....it brought attention to my furbaby....plus I made the visor!! We are all dog lovers on this site..we have to understand [which i don't!] that there are people out there that don't like animals...Us "dog people" think EVERYTHING is adorable when it comes to our babies! Me.....I am insane with my little girl
