I appreciate your opinion. I wonder how one would approach asking that? Any thoughts? I mean, obviously, a breeder will have put time and energy, love and money into her "bitch" and the whelping, and the pups...sometimes up to 4 months with the pups.. Obviously they would appreciate recupping some (and I know not nearly all) of the money they've put into the litter and it's mum.. I wonder how you would aproach one to suggest that they get it in 4 monthly payments instead of one lump sum?
