I think you'll be fine........but start early so they will get used to the sounds of the Train System. I've been on the "T"/Underground Train in Boston and "BART"/Underground Train in San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area.
I had no Problems at all with anyone or my Pet, I think he just wants to be around me so bad that he is willing to put up with any situation. You have to make them feel like they are going to have "Fun" and make it a happy experience? They feed off of your energy....so how ever you are feeling? That's how they are going to feel? We create our Pets behaviour and them for that matter. They probably will actually enjoy it b/c it's another opportunity to socialize with others? Good Luck!
