Try using MInksheen pet shampoo, here is a link where you can get it,
http://www.touchofmink.com/prod_details.asp?id=15 and when you use a conditioner, put a little conditioner in a container, add a couple of drops of either pet silk oil, or the silk spirits and mix well with about a quart of water. Pour this over the dog, make sure you get some up on her head by either using your hand or slowly pouring it on the top of her head. Run your hands over her and make sure it gets down to the skin, leave in and dry. The oils will penetrate into the skin and help, and with the minksheen shampoo there are oils that help also. I use this on my show dogs all the time.
