Yes, he passes away 2 years after I got him out. At that time, he was living with my father. Jack had a lot of phobias and one of them was being afraid of the storm. When it rains, he freaks out. Well, what happened was it was raining really badly that night and my father was taking out the trash for it to be picked up in the morning. Jack rushed by his leg and out the door. My father went after Jack but couldn't see him because it was raining quite heavy. He drove around all night long in the storm looking for Jack but couldn't find him. Next morning, Jack was spotted on the side of the road dead.
My father felt so bad. I told him it was an accident and he tried his best to find him.
