You have to have faith in people. I know lots of people who has never had dogs, but love them so much! Just because she doesn't have a dog, doesn't mean she can't handle the responsibility. Even if the puppy is pee pad trained, she just has to stop every couple of hours and let him or her stretch out their legs, and give him or her water.
