Ginger loves to chew, and its hard to find things.

I know that they are made of beef tendons and privates, but I'm not sure why they don't break off. I have watched Merlot very closely and never has he gotten a "piece" off. Probably because of the tendon part of it. They chew and chew for hours and it keeps his teeth clean!
