OH! If you can help it at all costs DON'T TAKE HER TO ANY OL KENNEL! They are notorious for not brushing these long haired dogs and you come home and are left with a matted dog that requires being shaved down. I've seen it so many times with some of our grooming clients who weren't aware we did petsitting and it's heartbreaking. Especially when they have babies who they have worked so hard to keep brushed and grow their hair out and in a matter of days it has to be shaved all the way off b/c someone paid to work at a kennel wouldn't do their job and take all of 5 minutes to brush a baby.
